Stone crab is a Florida Keys season all its own. The claws arrive cooked and ready — crack them cold with mustard sauce or warm them briefly in butter. Sweet, firm and clean-tasting, with none of the work of a whole crab. Our medium grade is the everyday size, and the easiest way to put a pile of claws on the table.
